Very comfortable, relaxing hotel/resort. Liked the stay there specially the space/price value.
No internet in the rooms/flats leaves with very limited options. Highly recommend that they should have internet in the rooms. The bathrooms need refurbishing and redesigning.
full kitchen and separate bedrooms for $ 50 with a pleasant & accomodating staff. very easy access to Disney. tons of eateries close by. If your tastes arent fancy, you'll be thrilled.
rooms only look out on the parking lot
home from home, room serviced every day and all necessities topped upgreat reception area and great staff
only one smoking area on site
Awsome room it has a Livingroom with a T.V., Dinette, Full kitchen with everything including an automatic dishwasher and all the pots & pans, plates, cups, silverware & napkins. A nice bathroom with a separate area with a sink. Also a large bedroom with a T.V.
Our stay was too short. We wish we would have had several more days to stay at the Magic Tree Resort. Next time we will plan much more time at the Magic Tree.
A very pleasant experience. the hotel met our needs and was affordable. liked that it was away from a main highway, was quiet; yet convenient to eating and service areas.
Very clean, spacious accommodations and well-maintained public areas such as the pool, lobby and community/gym rooms. Staff were very helpful and you can't beat the location five minutes from Disney World. The low price was unbelievable for the quality of the facility, of couse it was during off season. The fully equipped kitchen was great for breakfast. The Magic Tree provided coffee in the lobby but not breakfast.
The only complaint I can think of was that there was no shuttle to Disney which meant that we had to pay the $14 to drive and park at Disney World.
It was a very "homey" facility. Very comfortable and relaxing. I really enjoyed the staff, as well as the very clean pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor "tropical area", which was just a outside our room. I was really glad that it was not a high rise, busy place. It was so quiet and restful. We were pleased with our room and accommidations.
The queen sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. It was advertised as accommidations for up to 4 (2 on the sleeper sofa), but it was next to impossible to get a good nights sleep on. We all (four of us-2 adults, 2 kids) ended up sleeping on the king bed 5 out of the 7 nights we were there. And it was such a lovely place, they really should make a change and upgrade to better quality queen sleepers.
This is my second stay there this year. It is beautiful, safe, pristine clean, superbly equipped, and super convenient to theme parks. It is very reasonable in price. It is like staying in a brand new apartment that has everything you need in a resort setting.
I rally enjoyed my stay there. This resort was great. The service was great. I enjoyed the hot tub abd the swimming pool. I will recommend this resort to my friends. I would like to stay again. Thanks Mary Jane Lewis
The staff was very helpful. The room was larger than I expected - it was a full suite with a fully functional kitchen.
The room did not have wireless internet access.
It was how nice the suite was! You don't need to bring anything for the kitchen except food.Wow what a place..A hidden treasure!
Lot's of noise in the morning..Housekeeping talking really loud at 8am and they were trimming trees at 8 also.If not for this it would have perfect!!
The check in time wasn't consistent. Last year we were allowed to check in at 10am. This year we were told the check in time was 4pm. They did put a rush on the room cleaning as we had a person with us that was on oxygen.
Location is close to Disney. Laundry facility was free. Car parking was easy. Kitchen was well stocked with utinciles and fridge/freezer was large. Outdoor bbq available to guest.
Magic Tree Resort was not a hotel but condotel and was quite old. Pool is very much outdated and full of noisy kids even though signs says "quiet period 10 to 11pm" it was ignored and not enforced by the management. Room service was non existance, all that was done was for towels to be replaced and rubbish bins emptied for the 2 weeks we stayed there. Internet only available in lobby area. TV very old and signal very poor.
I was pleasantly surprised. The resort was very comfortable and clean. It was minutes away from the Magic Kingdom. I would definitely stay at Magic Tree in the future.
First visit was 25 years ago on my honeymoon. I found this visit to be just as clean and maintained as 25 years ago. Grounds, rooms and common areas were all nice and inviting to guests.
It would be nice to have wireless available in rooms as well as common areas.
